Health & Safety update in relation to Covid-19 Coronavirus Pandemic:
In the interest of protecting the health of our staff and the general public – following guidance from UK authorities in light of the progression of COVID-19 we have made the following Health and Safety updates:
Handling Frame Samples
We ask that our customers do not touch the frame samples. We will handle all artworks and frame samples. This in the full knowledge that we will regularly wash our hands. This reduces the risk of contamination from surfaces.
Keep a Friendly Distance
We ask that as advised we all keep a distance from each other, on the understanding that viruses can spread from coughs, sneezes or breath as well as touch.
Regular Cleaning
As we take this rapidly changing threat very seriously, we will be regularly cleaning and disinfecting the front door and door handle, especially after each customer has left the premises. We will be sanitising surfaces which customers use, such as the front desk and point of sale machine buttons. Also after any deliveries or post is received.
Increased Hygiene
We will be washing our hands regularly with soap. If we feel unwell with the symptoms given by the NHS such as a high fever or continuous cough, we will shut the shop and leave to self-isolate.
Shop Closure if Necessary
We are hoping that we can continue to open our shop as normal, with our updated health and safety measures in place for as long as possible. In the event that we have to close the shop we will work remotely to answer any customer framing queries, contactable via email at [email protected] This would mean any framing orders could be delayed, but we will endeavour to fulfil all of our commitments where it is possible. We will follow the updated guidance from authorities.
We hope these updates will reassure our customers and wish everyone good health. We believe that if we all work together, we can contribute to the prevention of the spread of Covid-19 global pandemic.
Thank you for understanding and your continued support with our business.
